MERCEDES-BENZ DIAGNOSTICS
Most “mystery” warning lights aren’t mysteries. They’re unread modules. A generic scanner returns a single P-code, and the guessing starts — parts swapped until the light goes away.
WE READ EVERY CONTROL UNIT ON THE CAR
Engine, transmission, ABS, SRS, MBUX, climate, comfort and body — every fault surfaced, current and stored. A modern E-Class can carry 60 control modules. Reading all of them is the difference between a diagnosis you can trust and a parts-cannon.
Every diagnostic at Miami Benz runs on a genuine Mercedes Sentry machine and ends with a written report you keep on file.

WHAT THE SCAN COVERS
Generic OBD scanners read engine and emissions only. The factory tool reads everything below — and on a modern Mercedes, that is where the real faults usually live.
- Engine ECU — fuel, ignition, timing, boost
- Transmission — 7G-Tronic, 9G-Tronic adaptations
- ABS / ESP — braking, stability, traction
- Airbag / SRS — restraints and occupant sensors
- Airmatic — air suspension strut and compressor data
- Climate control — dual- and tri-zone, blend doors
- MBUX / COMAND — infotainment and telematics
- SAM modules — body, lighting and comfort systems
- Keyless & EZS — immobiliser, keys, steering lock
WHEN IT IS WORTH PLUGGING IN
A warning light, on or intermittent
Check engine, ESP, Airmatic or brake. The car is telling you something specific — we translate it before it gets expensive.
A symptom without a light
Hesitation, rough idle, a faint vibration at 70, an A/C that cools differently in the morning. Live-data capture finds what static codes miss.
Before you sell or trade in
A clean, dated factory scan supports your asking price and closes deals faster.
After another shop’s repair
Second-opinion scans confirm the fix landed and nothing new was logged on the way out.
Module replacement or coding
New TCU, retrofit lighting, key programming, or a software flash to current factory level.
