COLD AIR IS A SYSTEM, NOT A GAS TOP-UP
Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, dryer, blower and blend doors — plus the climate module and its software. A recharge without finding the leak is a repair that lasts until August.
We pressure-test, trace the leak, repair it, then verify vent temperature before the car leaves.

SIX COMPONENTS, ONE COLD CABIN
Compressor
Clutch, control valve and internal wear. Failure here can send debris through the entire system.
Condenser
Front-mounted and exposed — stone damage and salt-air corrosion are the usual causes.
Evaporator
Behind the dash, so it is a big job. Worth diagnosing properly before committing to it.
Expansion valve and dryer
Replaced together with any compressor, every time.
Blower and blend doors
Weak airflow, or one side warm, usually starts here rather than with the refrigerant.
Climate module and software
Faults and calibrations read and reset on the factory tool.
SIX SYMPTOMS YOU CANNOT LIVE WITH IN AUGUST
Cold for ten minutes, then warm
Usually a low charge from a slow leak, or a condenser fan fault.
One side cold, the other warm
A blend door actuator, not a refrigerant problem.
Hissing or whining from the dash
Expansion valve, or a failing compressor bearing.
Musty smell on first start
Growth on the evaporator. Treatable, and it will not clear on its own.
Weak or noisy blower
Cabin filter, blower motor or resistor.
Vents at 50°F instead of 38°F
The system is working but not performing. Worth catching before it stops entirely.
